Takrarishta Ingredients:
Buttermilk, Haldi, Kaali Mirch, Rock Salt, Black Salt, Sea Salt, Sambhar Namak, Ajwain and Harad
छाछ, हल्दी, काली मिर्च, काला नमक, सेंध नमक, नमक, सांभर नमक, अज्वैन अथवा हरद
Takrarishta Dosage:
10 to 15 ml, twice a day with an equal amount of water after a meal or as advised by your physician.
10 - 15 ml सामान मात्रा जल के साथ दिन में दो बार खाना खाने के पश्चात अथवा वैद्यानुसार लें |
Avoid alcohol, fried and spicy food. Simple and boiled food is strongly recommended.
