I used to take raw amla or embalica. After 5-6 months many problems were gone specially cough problem but I had to stop taking it as for using salt I had blood pressure problem. You should avoid consuming salt with Raw amla if that triggers blood pressure for you. Consumption of Triphala does have any negative impact on sexual strength of an individual.
