Few Q - I have piles.

1)Should this be taken post meal or after meal and how many times in a day? and what time duration
2) Does this balance the dosha?
3) Should I take triphala after diiner?

This can be taken either way. Pre-meal is recommended (at least half an hour before).
It controls increased pitta dosha in stomach.
You may take. Consume with warm milk for best results. Keep a gap of at least one hour between meals and Triphala-Milk.
No side effect has been reported so far as it is completely herbal. You should keep a gap of at least 1 hour between allopathic and this medicine.
