Pour 2-3 pinches of Prakriti Gomay Bhasm in 10 litres of water and keep it for at least 4 hours. You may filter the water with the help of a pure cotton cloth or may consume the bhasm with water.

Please note that bhasm is enriched with calcium. If you have stone in body, you should avoid consuming this product.
