I love Desi cows and recently (19-21 April 2018) attended the "Gau Mahima" 3 day seminar in Ezhumattur, Kerala, where we had some chief guests and moderators associated with Gau Sansthan Kendra as well.

I have 5 Desi cows (Vechur & Kasargod dwarf) in my home. I have a Jamun tree at home and now it is the season of Jamun fruits. I am a pre-diabetic and do take some medicines for sugar.
How can I make use of the Jamun fruits ? Can I make Jamun (powder) Churn? I see that your Jamun churn is good for controlling diabetes.

We are glad to know that you own Indian breed cow at home. Since, you have Jamun tree at home then no other packed Jamun powder can beat the one you have at home. We strongly recommend to use home grown Jamun rather than buying a pack from market.

All you need is to make a fine powder of Jamun along with it's seeds. Please do not exclude seeds while grinding. Consume that powder along with fresh gomutra twice a day as you have one of the finest cow breed Vechur at home which is believed to have one of the best quality gomutra.
