Approximately 3 gram = 1 teaspoon. You may take 3-6 grams depending upon condition with warm water at bed time.

Triphala is a mild laxative, however this product is a strong laxative. Anyone who is a suffering from chronic constipation should use this product. This product does only balance vaat dosha and that's too in stomach only.

We will not recommend for its regular use as it may make you habitual of this product. You may keep this product in your home for emergency situations where Triphala does not work.
