Eyesight improvement has many factors associated with it. We do not recommend any eye drop for eye sight improvement. We would suggest you to do eye exercises along with using our eyedrop(s).

It certainly helps in cataract.
It is good for general use. If you have dry eyes, do not use this eye drop. Use Naitray or Eyeron instead.
