Prakriti Punarnava Ark is prepared hygenically with the goodness of Desi Cow Gomutra Ark. Punarnava Ark is highly useful in liver, spleen and abdomen swelling in any part of the body. It rejuvenates body and helps in all liver and kidney disorders.

Punarnava Dosage:

10 - 15 ml with equal quantity of normal water, twice a day after meal or as advised by your physician.

10 - 15 ml सामान मात्रा जल के साथ दिन में दो बार, खाना खाने के बाद अथवा वैद्यानुसार लें |

Punarnava ghanvati contains Triphala.

when i eat ghee and drink ..my face becomes dull and does not digest proper due increased bilirubin and sgpt ..

For better results we prescribe you to take it in the following manner:

Punarnava ark and Punarnava vati
DOSE: 30 ml Punarnava ark in half a cup of normal water along with 2 tablets of Punarnava vati (Twice a day 30 minutes before meal)

We also prescribe you to start using Sugarcane vinegar on daily basis, you can have it with salad or can consume 15 to 20 ml with normal water.

AVOID: Non-veg food, alcohol, tea, coffee, junk food.
