Takrarishta Ingredients:

Buttermilk, Haldi, Kaali Mirch, Rock Salt, Black Salt, Sea Salt, Sambhar Namak, Ajwain and Harad

छाछ, हल्दी, काली मिर्च, काला नमक, सेंध नमक, नमक, सांभर नमक, अज्वैन अथवा हरद

Takrarishta Dosage:

10 to 15 ml, twice a day with an equal amount of water after a meal or as advised by your physician.

10 - 15 ml सामान मात्रा जल के साथ दिन में दो बार खाना खाने के पश्चात अथवा वैद्यानुसार लें |

Avoid alcohol, fried and spicy food. Simple and boiled food is strongly recommended.

Takrarishta ki botal ke 3 se 4 dhakkan aadha cup garam jal ke sath din me do baar khana khane ke baad. Yadi aapko zyada samasya ho rahi hai to aap ko takrarishta khana khane ke sath lena chahiye. Iske liye aapko 2 se 3 bite khana khane ke baad halke garam jal ke sath takrarishta ki sip lijiye.
