It would be really difficult to suggest unless we physically examine your kid. If the black spot is at the back of ear or outer part of the ear then it must a skin spot and has nothing to do with ear. श्रीमान, यह औषधि को कंधे के ऊपर सभी अंगों से जुडी समस्याओं के लिए उपकारी है | इसका उपयोग मस्तिष्क, आँख, कान, गला, सर्दी, जुखाम, मिर्गी, नींद नहीं आना, नाक से रक्त प्रवाह आदि समस्याओं में किया जाता है |

इसका उपयोग करने हेतु आपको निम्न बातों का ध्यान रखना है:

उपयोग के समय घी का तापमान शरीर के तापमान की तुलना में थोडा अधिक होना चाहिए | गर्म पानी में घी को रख कर बोतल को गर्म करें | इस घी को कभी भी सीधे आग पर रख कर गर्म न करें | प्रत्येक नथुने में 1 से 2 बूँद डालें | रात्रि में सोने से पहले डालना अति उत्तम है | शुरू के 15 से 20 मिनट तकिया का प्रयोग न करें और पानी न पीयें यदि जल पीना पड़े तो गर्म पानी लें |

बूँदें डालने के पश्चात नाक की बहार से मालिश करें ताकि घी नथुनों की बाहरी सतह पर लग जाये | घी को Vicks Vaporub या Inhaler की तरह खींचने का प्रयास न करें अथवा साधारण तरीके से श्वास लें ताकि घी स्वतः वाष्पीकृत होकर मस्तिष्क तक पहुँच सके |

अधिकतम 5 से 6 बूँदें यदि व्यस्क हैं तो अथवा इससे अधिक कदापि नहीं |

यह औषधि का प्रयोग केवल नथुने द्वारा किया जाता है | इसे कान में ना डालें |
