i am facing constipation problem from last 5 years.motion does not clear in morning time, bloating in stomach, hard and black stool, even sometime bleeding due to hard stool. i tried everything like food rich in fiber,plenty of water, ayurvedic or homeopathic medicine..... everything but the problem remain same. can this medicine help me or i should try some different medicine. pls help

For better results we suggest you the following medicines:

Gotirth Digestive Liquid , Triphala ghanvati, Triphala ras, udar sukh churna.

DOSE: 20ML Gotirth Digestive Liquid + 1/2 cup of luke warm water along with 2 tablets of Triphala ghanvati ( Twice a day 1 hour before a meal).
30ML Triphala ras + 1/2 cup of lukewarm water along with 1/2 Tsp of udar sukh churna (Twice a day 1/2 hour before a meal).

Avoid Tea, coffee, Non-veg food, alcohol, Tobacco, Heavy to digest food.
