1. Vedic Mathni Ghrit is made from Gangateeri Cows Milk whereas Jain Maryadit Ghee is prepared using Kankrej Breed Cows milk

2. Jain Maryadit Ghee is made basis the standards set in Jain's Shuchita and Ahimsa, in this process curd is being prepared using Jamun (Blackberry) in a silver pot whereas Vedic Mathni Ghee is prepared using clay pot
