On March 13th, Shenzhen authorities in China announced that Shenzhen City will be locked down effective from March 14th to March 20th to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19. This is impacting all industries in Shenzhen. As a result, deliveries in Shenzhen City, China are expected to be impacted. We are closely monitoring the updates and will arrange the delivery soon.
Gaurashtra, aims to dispatch your order from our facility within one business day from the day an order is placed. Dispatch time may vary basis the place it has to be sent. For example: If an order need to be delivered to a remote or rural area where no private logistic partner is available to deliver or if an incomplete address** is provided by the user then we use Indiapost as the last available option to arrange delivery in such areas. Dispatch with Indiapost might take a little longer owing to several factors (such as system/server issues, government or public holidays) which are out of our control.
Gaurashtra depends on the 3rd party couriers to arrange deliveries every day. Therefore delivery time quoted by Gaurashtra is always tentative and not guaranteed. Transit time varies for each pincode and might get affected due to several factors which are beyond our control such as natural calamities, riots, protests and all other activities which might become an obstacle in the movement of your shipment. Pincode checker is available on all product pages right below the "Add to cart" button. Similarly, you can also get the estimated delivery time using your area pincode in the Gaurashtra Android and iOS mobile app.
Selection of the courier - Gaurashtra majorly uses Delhivery, Bluedart, Amazon, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees to arrange deliveries every day all across India. We have a system which keeps a record of every shipment movement and delivery performance in each pincode by the respective courier. Since, the performance of each courier in every pincode is never constant therefore when a user places an order then our team uses the performance data to decide the best performing courier at the time an order is placed.
Shipping fee calculation:
Shipping fee is calculated basis your overall order weight which includes packaging stuff, carriage belts, carton box, tape etc. Shipping fee will be shown to the user before an order is completed. Shipping fee is decided keeping all costs into the consideration such as packaging stuff (safeguard materials), carriage belts, carton box, tape etc. We apply a standard shipping fee for a certain region, whereas the courier assigned for the final delivery to the end user charges on the basis of various factors such as the courier partner, distance, region and the mode of the delivery. Therefore, in either case, the difference in the amount will neither be charged to the buyer nor refunded.

Delivery agents are not bound to call and collect the complete delivery address. On an average, a delivery agent has 50 to 60 shipments to deliver every day. If delivery agent spends 2 minutes on each shipment then 2 hours will be spent over the phone only asking for the complete address. therefore, we humbly request all our users to mention complete address with applicable house number, street name/number, block, sector, khand, landmark along with correct pincode to help us ensure a smooth and an effortless delivery experience for you and the delivery agent.
