COVID-19: Impact on services

We recognize the trust you place in us when we deliver to your doorstep that’s why we want to share an update on the actions we are taking to keep you – and our team members – safe amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.


Service updates

30th April 2020:

We are accepting orders of all essential items such as medicine and edible items. Before you place your order online, we request you to check that your delivery address has no restrictions. Any order fail to deliver due to restrictions imposed with regards to lockdown will attract extra charges for redelivery.


21st April 2020:

We are no longer accepting orders till the lockdown is in force across India


17th April 2020:

We are accepting orders and delivering essential goods across India however areas/locality/societies that are sealed or have been flagged off as Red Zone by local authorities will not serviced till the time lockdown is in force. Delivery time would continue to vary from place to place and time to time due to restriction imposed in several parts of India. Since we are short staff so we will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, currently we aim to dispatch within 3 days of orders placed however time taken to dispatch by Gaurashtra may vary without any prior notification to the respective buyer.


10th April 2020:
We are accepting orders however delivery will start post lockdown is lifted by the Government of India.


08th April 2020:
Deliveries are now only available within Delhi (not in NCR). Areas that are declared as hotspots by Government of India will not be serviced.


02nd April 2020:
We have started delivering essential goods across Delhi & NCR. Orders placed for Delhi & NCR region will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. To avoid spread of virus, we have taken several measures at our facility to ensure goods delivered to your doorstep is absolutely safe to collect from delivery staff. During this time, we have stopped collecting cash on delivery and buyers will only be able to buy products by making payment online on our website or through our mobile app (Beta). 
We are also adhering to all regulations and guidelines from government authorities related to containment of the virus. These work and travel restrictions may affect shipments to and from impacted areas, as well as shipments moving within those areas.

Our packaging and dispatch centres have become operational from 2nd April 2020 for deliveries within Delhi & NCR. Orders placed for Rest of India, during or day before the lockdown period will be processed after Government of India call off restrictions. We are working with limited number of workers and have asked others to be at home and stay protected.

To support our employees, Gaurashtra to continue paying salary towards all it's employees in this difficult time to avoid fear of pay loss. Since we have significantly less number of staff working remotely so please expect delay in response to queries sent to us during this time.

We understand it's a challenging time for all of us therefore we urge you to please be at your home and follow the instructions issued regularly by Government of India.
