Soak the soap in gomutra (preferably) or in plain water and rub on the affected area for at least 10 mins. Expose the affected area in sunlight for 20 mins. if possible. Do this at least once in a day. ( Gaurashtra, 12/11/2020 )

Yes, you can take it with Tulsi ark and Manjistha ark for better results as prescribed below:
