Amla 50 mg, Baheda 33.33 mg, Harad 16.67 mg

Dosage

1 to 2 tablespoons once or twice a day with warm water or milk or as advised by Vaidya.

I used to take raw amla or embalica. After 5-6 months many problems were gone specially cough problem but I had to stop taking it as for using salt I had blood pressure problem. I want to take triphala as there are chemical preservative in amla juice. but as per our elders young and child's should not take it as it is harmful for sex power. You should avoid consuming salt with Raw amla if that triggers blood pressure for you. Consumption of Triphala does have any negative impact on sexual strength of an individual.
