Sir, I have received the Dant manjan but I want to know the proper use of it. Should I rub the teeth and gums with the powder or should I simply apply it on them and leave it for some time ? First wash your mouth with plain water then use the appropriate quantity of manjan with your middle finger to rub the manjan on your teeths, gently massage your gums as well. Keep the manjan in mouth for 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse off. You need not to use the toothpaste prior using a tooth powder though.
