We can only measure ingredients before chutney is cooked therefore 400 gram Amla and 350 gram Sugar is the measurement taken prior the product was prepared. In the preparation, Amla is boiled first and then it is roasted with ghee, at this end of this process only 1/4th of the 400 gram raw amla is left. ( Gaurashtra, 06/10/2019 )
